No, many of our customers love that they can dose themselves based on how they are feeling. Some people take all 4 in one go and other customers like to spread it out over a day or two.
We found that this combination works for the vast majority of people and has tons of scientific research behind it. We've tested a bunch of other adaptogens and ingredients, but honestly? Most of them either don't work consistently or we couldn't find high enough quality sources. By sticking with caffeine and L-theanine, we can guarantee you're getting the good stuff that actually delivers.
Proper Wild products work almost immediately (within about 15-30 minutes).*
Proper Wild products boost your energy, focus and productivity when you need it most and they work fast.* Take them in the morning to get going, before a big day of adventures, or at night before going out with friends or when you're cramming at work to meet a deadline.
Nope. They stay fresh in your bag, car, desk drawer. No refrigeration needed. No melting in summer, but you should keep them out of direct sunlight or they may get a little soft and sticky.*

7 Reasons Your Morning Coffee Leaves You Shaky, Wired and Not Quite Yourself
| Compare | Proper Wild Gummies | Coffee | Energy Drinks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Caffeine | 100mg, every packet | 80-200mg | 60-250mg |
| L-Theanine | 120mg | 0mg | 0mg |
| Energy | 4-6 hours* | 1-5 hours | 2-6 hours |
| Crash | Steady energy | Spike up and down | Jolt and big crash |
| Jitters | Smooth | Shaky hands | Wired & jittery |
1. Coffee gives you the shakes before it gives you the energy
Racing heart, hands shaking over the keyboard, a head full of noise by 10AM. You wanted to get stuff done. Instead you spend the morning waiting for your body to settle down. Proper Wild pairs every 100mg of caffeine with 120mg of L-theanine, an amino acid found in tea leaves, for smooth energy with reduced jitters.*
2. A jolt, a sour stomach, then a crash
Thatβs the deal most coffee drinkers have quietly accepted as the price of being awake. You plan your morning around it and push through the drop, then pour another cup and run the same cycle again. Proper Wild is 4 delicious gummies you chew, with 120mg of L-theanine in every packet for smooth and steady energy.*
3. Your morning cup is done before your day is
Caffeine peaks 30 to 60 minutes after your first sip.Β³ Your body schedules its own dip in alertness for the early afternoon, even on days you skip lunch,β΄ and by then less than half of your 7AM coffee is left. So you drag yourself through the back half of the day, every day. A sealed Proper Wild packet lives in your bag, desk drawer or car, with nothing to brew or refrigerate, takes effect in 15 to 30 minutes and lasts 4 to 6 hours.*
4. Your coffee holds back tiredness. It doesnβt clear it
From the minute you wake up, your brain builds adenosine, the compound that makes you sleepy. Caffeine blocks it from registering, but it keeps piling up behind the block. When your morning cup wears off, you feel the backlog. A second cup only moves the same cycle closer to bedtime. Proper Wild pairs 100mg of caffeine with 120mg of L-theanine for 4 to 6 hours of steady energy, with a reduced crash at the end.*
5. You never know which cup youβre getting
Researchers bought the same 16 oz coffee from the same shop six days in a row. The caffeine ranged from 259mg to 564mg.Β² Thatβs the difference between a normal morning and shaky hands in your 10AM meeting, and you only find out which one you got once itβs in your system. Every Proper Wild packet is exactly 100mg, the same caffeine as a cup of coffee, every time.
6. Sold in 50,000+ stores and rated 4.8 stars
Proper Wild is stocked in more than 50,000 stores nationwide, and verified buyers rate the gummies 4.8 out of 5.
β β β β β "I have always had to fight through that 2 pm crash for most of my working life. They are the most effective solution I have ever tried." P. Thomas, verified buyer
β β β β β "I was very skeptical, but I no longer need to make coffee at 5 pm to keep me going." Mary Jo S., verified buyer
7. Try it for 30 days, risk-free
Your first order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and fewer than 1% of customers use it. Subscribers get notified 3 days before every box and can skip or cancel by replying.
