100mg Caffeine, Same as a Cup of Coffee
Natural caffeine from green tea. Takes effect in about 15 to 30 minutes and lasts 4 to 6 hours. It is still a cup of coffee's worth of caffeine, so if a late coffee keeps you up, take it earlier in the day.*
120mg L-Theanine
For anyone who gets jittery on coffee: L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea, pairs with the caffeine to reduce jitters and the crash at the end.*

I used to drink 2 energy drinks a day. Now 4 gummies in the morning gives me energy and focus for a long time.
I'm super sensitive to caffeine. Energy to power through work AND my workout.
Both flavors are great. I take just one for a little lift or all four for a full serving. Been using Proper Wild almost daily for over a year.
