No, many of our customers love that they can dose themselves based on how they are feeling. Some people take all 4 in one go and other customers like to spread it out over a day or two.

We found that this combination works for the vast majority of people and has tons of scientific research behind it. We've tested a bunch of other adaptogens and ingredients, but honestly? Most of them either don't work consistently or we couldn't find high enough quality sources. By sticking with caffeine and L-theanine, we can guarantee you're getting the good stuff that actually delivers.

Proper Wild products work almost immediately (within about 15-30 minutes).*

Whenever the day gets ahead of you. Most moms take half a packet (2 gummies) first thing in the morning to skip the coffee spiral, then the other half around 2pm to beat the afternoon slump before pickup. Some save the full packet for days they know will be a grind: early meetings, weekend sports, the dinner-homework-bath marathon. They kick in within 15 minutes and give you 4 to 6 hours of steady energy and focus.*

This is the #1 question we get from moms, and it's the exact reason we formulated with L-theanine. 120mg of L-theanine pairs with the caffeine to reduce the jittery push most energy products give you. You feel lifted and focused, not wired, not snappy. Most moms tell us they feel steadier on Proper Wild than they did on their usual coffee.*

Yes. One packet is 100mg of caffeine, about the same as a cup of coffee, plus 120mg of L-theanine. Plant-based. Vegan. Gluten-free. Non-GMO. No artificial sweeteners or flavors. Thousands of moms take Proper Wild daily. As always, if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition, check with your doctor first.*

Nope. They stay fresh in your bag, car, desk drawer. No refrigeration needed. No melting in summer, but you should keep them out of direct sunlight or they may get a little soft and sticky.*
